Password: Your DOB in the format of MMDDYYYY

For Retirees or COBRA Participants Prior to 08/01/2022 - Username: LastName + YYYY of your DOB (Ex. Smith1970)
Password: Your DOB in the format of MMDDYYYY

For Retirees or COBRA Participants AFTER 08/01/2022 - Username: GWID
Password: Your DOB in the format of MMDDYYYY
