Public Health Rapid Response Application Form
***At this time all available funds have been allocated and no applications are being considered. However, if you are in need of support and would like to complete the form your application will be considered if additional funding becomes available.

The Public Health Rapid Response Fund is managed by the Division for Student Affairs and supported by donations through the I Heart GW Public Health Campaign led by the Public Health Student Association.  This fund can provide grants to students who are faced with an emergency and are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses.  The fund cannot cover tuition related-expenses. The fund is designated to off-set a short-term financial need and is not intended to replace and supplement financial aid.
