The Rural Housing Service issued a proposed rule amending its Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program requirements. Comments due August 9.
The Federal Communications Commission issued a final action to adopt a certification that will be required of applicants to participate in the upcoming auction of flexible-use licenses in the 3.45-3.55 GHz band.
Significant New Uses of Chemicals
The Environmental Protection Agency issued a series of final rules amending significant new use rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act: 20-2.M, 20-5.B, 20-6.B, and 20-7.B
The Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule adding three per- and poly- fluoroalkyl substances to the list of chemicals subject to toxic chemical release reporting. Effective July 6.
