The Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule removing provisions from a January 2021 rule after it was vacated by a District Court. Effective May 28.
The Bureau of Industry & Security issued a notification of a vacated court order following a March 2020 District Court decision enjoining the implementing and enforcing of certain regulations related to 3D-printed guns.
The Food & Drug Administration has withdrawn a November 2020 notice that was "legally and factually inaccurate," and would have terminated the agency's Unapproved Drugs Initiative.
