The Dept. of Energy issued a notice of proposed rulemaking to withdraw a January 6 final rule implementing President Trump's executive order "Promoting the Rule of Law Through Improved Agency Guidance Documents." Comments due April 26.
Tip Regulations
The Wage & Hour Division issued proposals to both further delay and withdraw and repropose a final rule from December 30 related to employees who are compensated by tips. Comments due April 14 and May 24, respectively.
The Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule to establish initial air quality designations for sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard. Effective April 30.
