The Dept. of Homeland Security withdrew a 2018 proposed rule that would have removed regulations pertaining to the international entrepreneur parole program.

DHS Withdrawals
The Wage & Hour Division withdrew a January 2021 rule that further defined "employee" status regarding minimum wage and overtime pay requirements.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a notice of proposed rulemaking to repeal a 2019 rule, The Safer Affordable Fuel-Efficient Vehicles Rule Part One: One National Program, regarding the preemption of state and local laws related to fuel economy standards. Comments due June 11.
The Fish & Wildlife Service issued a proposed rule to remove a January 2021 rule defining the scope of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Comments due June 7.
