The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration issued an interim final rule amending the National Marine Sanctuaries program. Comments due June 13.
The Securities & Exchange Commission extended the comment period for a proposed rule on climate disclosures until June 17.
The Federal Communications Commission issued a proposed rule on the role of receivers in spectrum management and other related topics. Comments due June 27.
The Dept. of Housing & Urban Development issued a final rule on rental assistance, reducing burdens on public housing agencies, and updating various FSS Action Plan requirements. Effective June 16.
The Dept. of Homeland Security and the Dept. of Labor issued a temporary rule expanding the number of available H-2B FY22 visas by 35,000. Effective May 18.
The Safety & Environmental Enforcement Bureau issued a proposed rule amending regulations of deepwater operations and related technologies. Comments due July 15.
The Federal Reserve issued a final rule increasing the rate of interest paid on balances maintained at Federal Reesrve Banks from 0.4% to 0.9%. Effective May 16.
