The Dept. of Homeland Security issued a notice of proposed rulemaking following a July district court ruling vacating a July 2012 memo regarding DACA recipients that did not follow required notice-and-comment rulemaking. Comments due November 29.
The Dept. of Commerce issued an advance notice of proposed rulemaking on how best to deter "cyber actors' use of U.S. Infrastructure as a Service." Comments due October 25.
The Dept. of Education issued final regulations rescinding the department's 2020 interim final rule on guidance documents.
The Federal Communications Commission issued a final rule to streamline the submission process regarding robocall violations. Effective October 25.
The Wage & Hour Division issued a final rule withdrawing two parts of the "2020 Tip final rule," regarding civil money penalties and employer definitions.
The Department of Treasury and Department of Health & Human Services issued a final rule with revised 2022 user fee rates for issuers offering qualified health plans through federal-facilitated exchanges, along with other related changes. Effective November 26.
